Called for a tow, never heard back, called again, got answer machine so I left a message- still no call back, not even in the morning. Had to call a different tow truck. Got it tow to them on a Sunday, was told Wednesday they would look at. When that didn’t happen I was told Thursday…. Still when I drove by 6:30pm Thursday, my car never moved, still have a ton of snow around it: FINALLY Friday at noon got a call that it needed to go to dealership. As them to tow it Saturday, did not get towed until Sunday. Lots of communication errors, and no answer for my 24 hour towing want an option. Very strange for them.
