The technician was great. Spent a long time going over my car and answering all my questions. The estimate was fairly high and I've been to several mechanics since that say I don't really need all that was recommended done. The kicker was when the front office person charged me $40 for five lugnuts. I got my tires changed the following day at a shop down the street and asked to buy a couple of extra lugs for spares. $1.25 each.
