Dishonest, will run away and ignore you when they destroy your car.
Happy wallet incorrectly replaced the lower radiator hose on my vehicle causing irreparable engine damage worth over $5,000 (the engine needs to be completely replaced). They ghosted me, forcing me to pay off my car and buy a new one, as well as pay for a tow, and weeks worth of rental cars waiting for them to respond before finally buying something else to get to work. Because of them I am out $13,000 and they refuse to do anything to rectify their mistake. According to Tim, the mechanic Rodney who did the repair no longer works there. So much for this Napa warranty. They did not properly place the clip on the lower hose causing the damage. This has been verified by another mechanic and my auto insurance adjuster. I will be seeking further action against them if they do not attempt to rectify the situation. This review remains as well as the TikTok that is posted until a suitable resolution has been reached.
