Repairs were done but took longer and …….
When I picked up the vehicle my exhaust was dangling and they did not notice or do an inspection of the work I had to point it out and wait another 10 minutes while they fixed it. Sounds like a minor oversight but it did not instill confidence. I advised the tech to please do an inspection and make sure all is good as we have a drive home and would rather not have to come back at this point. Also I was advised a week and it took 2 weeks since they wanted to try and not use a Subaru Hitch so they took a week to order the hitch that’s what delayed the repairs. This was very inconvenient for me and my family as we have 4 kids no rental and this accident was not my wife’s fault in top of paying a deductible to get my car back. It was not what I was expecting highly disappointed I would have when with Apple Subaru only reason I went with Hanover because it was a certified collision repair but it seems that’s just a marketing tactic. I will be doing a full inspection and taking it to a second shop to make sure.
