Long story short, we recently bought a new Hyundai Ionic 5. Love it but could not figure out how to charge it at a charging station. No one seemed to have any idea what was wrong until we were sent to Hanlees and their manager Joel. He immediately connected our car to a charger that worked and then gave us great advice for how to fix the problem going forward. He could not have been more helpful! He is the best and if and when I need service, or purchase another car, I will only go to Joel!
