In shopping for cars, sent an email inquiring about a specific car. Jennifer immediately called me and gave me information about the vehicle as well as other cars available. I made an appointment to come look at the car options and test drive. I was greeted at the door and escorted to Jennifer's office. She was very knowledgable about the car and the various packages that were available. After taking a test drive, we finalized the purchase. They were fair with out trade in and when we picked up the car, all paperwork was done, the car was detailed and ready for delivery and the tank was full of gas!!! An exceptional buying experience.
