Good morning Mr. South, there must some confusion with your response, We quoted you a transmission replacement for your Ford using FACTORY Ford replacement unit, we DO NOT installed USED transmissions, the COST to me of the FACTORY Ford unit was more than you were quoted by the other shop. With that being said you are not comparing apples to apples, you are comparing NEW to USED, that is the difference in quotes.
