SOLD the vehicle after the deal was made
(UPDATE) - 06/29/2024 - Purchased TWO vehicles in the last 24 months since 2022. Put together a deal with my same guy (will not list his name) for a THIRD vehicle with a trade. I knew I had a great deal and we worked to crunch numbers and I would pick it up on Monday July 1st 2024. The guy texted and called me to inform me 2 days prior that his sales team and managers sold the truck out from under him and me even though they knew there was a previous final deal in place. I'm not over dramatizing or blowing up the experience I'm simply stating the plain facts.
It is first hand information. When it comes to money and profitable deals they place cars and deals above clients and any business who does this instead of building slow and steady relationships and growth may be profitable in the moment and suffer long term. If you place a deal together just understand that the package you put together may not be there when you arrive. Just a remarkable situation.

Billie was amazing
We wanted a specific car with specific colors and trim. Billie responded immediately that particular car just arrived he had cleaned and prepared before we got there. He was not pushy, he was trust worthy and dependable. Our whole experience was above board. We did not have to wait around for anyone to “sharpen pencils “ so to speak. We will definitely tell others to go to Hallmark Hyundai and ask for Billie

Could not have gone any smoother or better
My whole experience was fantastic. I ordered my new 2023 Tucson Hybrid Limited back in mid July 2022. I chose my interior and exterior colors along with accessories. Alex (sales) got me to come in and Davey(Mgr) took my order. I did leave a refundable deposit. I waited and received a call on November 4th to pick up on the 5th. Alex, Michael (Mgr) were terrific to work with and took excellent care of my wife and myself. Alex set everything up and went over it all. I would recommend Hallmark to anyone looking for a Hyundai.
If there is a better looking and better built SUV ont the market with all the bells and whistles for the money - I have not seen.

Hallmark Hyundai can do better!
While it took over a month to get scheduled for a routine oil change and tire rotation, the work was completed in under 4 hours.

The condition of my vehicle when it was returned to me was unacceptable. I have greasy, oily handprints on my hood, both driver’s doors, and rear hatch. This isn’t the first time my vehicle has been returned in worse quality than it was given to them. I think some changes still need to be made at Hallmark Hyundai!

Wonderful!
My experience at Hallmark Hyundai was amazing. I have never walked away from a car dealership and thought man that was NICE! But I did Wednesday, it was all around a great experience. The staff is amazing! The dealership was clean and inviting and peaceful. It was great! Rod Parkin is GREAT.
