Reasonable and timely
I've never had an issue with the maintenance department and renting a car is super easy. I will note that I have the extra insurance that covers routine maintenance and the windshield cover application as well as some other odd and ends. So I suppose I might be more annoyed if I had to actually pay for something. However, I will wait to do multiple things at once, (i.e. inspection, oil change, vacuum/wash) and never spend more than 2 hours waiting. The service guys are super nice too and answer all of my questions.
