Water Pump Replacement, Toyota Camry

Water pump replacement. On the positive side, they seem to have done a good job replacing the water pump and putting everything back together again. Plus, after I mentioned I already had two new belts, that go on the pump, they put the new belts on and returned the old belts, along with all the old parts as requested. On the negative side, I don't know if too much pressure was put on the system while giving it new coolant, but they left a significant puddle of new coolant underneath the driver's floor mat. It even bleached the edge of the floor mat closest to the heater core. Now, I have to wonder if there's a new leak in the heater core or if it was just a one time coolant installment problem. Secondly, though my camera system mysteriously got turned off for the test drive, it did catch someone putting the car in reverse while it was still moving forward and in drive while the car was moving backward (It's just a pet peeve of mine.), while parking the car. Over-all, the negatives aside, everyone was professional and courteous; and, I'd recommend Hale Automotive to neighbors.
