Worst experience ever. The energy in this place is extremely negative and abusive. I went there after being pre approved by CarMax and was looking for a better deal. I showed them proof of my PQ and the store manager Nicholas bellefroid called me a "full of shit bitch." Worse is that he said it directly in front of my two small 6 yr olds. I have never been treated so poorly inside a dealership. The salesman then refused to give me their names but I ultimately got them.
