From sales to service, they are slow, rude and incompetent. I wanted to test drive a Volvo before I chose a vehicle for my company. No one came out. I went inside and they told me that if I am not buying it through them, they will not let me test drive said make and model. I chose the vehicle anyway per my company wheels package. Now upon needing servicing, I scheduled my appointment. Showed up early and they do a first come first serve system. My ride and I are now both late for work appointments.
