When your vehicle was at our shop, we repaired multiple faulty suspension components, including the control arms, center link, wheel bearings, idler arm,spindle, and leaf spring bushings.These worn suspension components were the cause of the premature tire wear you are experiencing not the alignment we performed.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions that existed prior to our service. However, we did stand behind our work by checking your alignment under warranty to ensure everything was properly set.
We would also like to clarify that an alignment would not have caused your premature tire failure within 2,000 miles of your visit. The tire wear was related to the previously worn suspension components. This is also why the previous company that installed your tires denied warranty coverage, as the suspension components were already failing.
