Couldn’t fix my issue so they found something else to charge me for
I recently took my car to Top Notch Auto Body and Repair, hoping they could help resolve an issue I was having. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the original problem, but instead of being upfront about it, they came back with a whole list of other “issues” that needed immediate attention—and of course, they were eager to charge me for all of them. It felt like they were just trying to find something else to charge for rather than focusing on fixing what I originally came in for. $900 later I’m still having the same issue.
I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism. It’s frustrating to feel like you're being taken advantage of, especially when you're simply looking for honest help with your car. I won't be returning and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
