I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe 2018 in for miss fire 3 and 4. The truck was brought in on Thursday. They called me Friday morning and explained that they took the spares plugs from 1&2 and put them in 3&4. It still showed that 3 wasn’t working. He proceeded to tell me I need a new engine that will cost me 7 grand for a use one but 10 grand for a new one. I told them never mind. I paid the 163 diagnostic fee. Drove off the lot. I took my car to Georgetown Repair in Alexandria they did their diagnostic and change all 4 spark plugs and nothing else is wrong with my car.
