I've use this shop before with no problem then to my heartbreak my daughter's graduation car which they forgot who's it was and had it towed from there shop. Darren and Robbie when asked about my car they lied on the phone and to my face and acted like they still had it at there for weeks. Which made it impossible to get my vehicle back which they offered but knew due to a call from them to the tow shop 3 weeks before after the first time I called about my car. They agreed to make it right by getting me a another vehicle I agreed but to my heartbreak this is what they offered. Mine 2008 Dogde Avenger 145,000, clean inside and out with some engine problems. Their offer 2004 Dodge Neon 215,000 front end damage, two cracks in the windshield one covering the driver's side, no headlights, no brakes, tension belt, dead battery, engine ran so rough oil change, no registration from October last year, thrashed inside this was a vehicle I was giving my daughter for graduation and wasnt even safe to drive, and I had to pay for all repairs. Heartbroken to say the least. I've tried for over a month to come to a compromise and they said since I didn't take that car... I'm shit outta luck and there not doing anything for me... They'd see me in court.Ive been in the community my whole life my son was Michael Lyons who was kidnapped and brutally murdered at eight years old walking home from Bridge Street School I've changed the state of California with advocating to better protect our children every since this happened to my son, I've volunteered for Marysville Police I-dent-a Child Program, Yuba County Victim Witness, Trauma Intervention Program, Managed softball and Cheer, Held Co-ed softball to raise money for local programs to help our communities, a advocate for Victims of Crime and help thousands of families thru the years. And to be treated like this is Unbelievable. So think long and hard after reading this about what business you want to support in our community.I am truly heartbroken that a business in our community would treat a person like this.
