I could not be more pleased with the quality of the repair work at Gristmill Motors
I have been taking my two older cars to Gristmill Motors for the past six years and entrusting Tim with any and all repairs needed. In my long career leading organizations, I am well aware of what constitutes great customer service, delivering excellent results, and giving real value for dollars spent. Gristmill Motors and its owner/operator Tim, deliver on all three of these to the highest level. Tim takes the time to clearly explain what repairs really need to be done and how these will be addressed. The work is then done in a timely manner and correctly. I have experienced Tim diagnosing a problem and the needed repair to take care of this more accurately than the dealership. This saved me time, money, and the frustration of potentially not fixing what the problem really was. What sets Tim and his business apart is his honesty, values, work ethic, and integrity. You will no doubt be a very pleased customer for years by taking your vehicle to Gristmill Motors.
