I chose Greg's because it was the closest auto shop to my house. I've continued to go back because I trust the advice I'm given. The mechanics will give you a list of all the things you could address, and they prioritize them - tell you which things you can wait on and which things you should take care of soon. They also let you know which things you could probably fix yourself, and break down how much you would save doing it yourself. As the owner of previously used vehicles, I appreciate this approach. I'm not looking to make my vehicles brand new, I just want them to be reliable and safe. The guys in the office are helpful, listen to me, and help me figure out strange car problems without just trying to sell me things. At the end of the day, I really like Greg's because I don't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.
