Bad cars aren't their fault, but the poor customer service is...
I have a 2024 Ioniq 5 Limited. I loved it until it got the dreaded iccu failure. First, I got the recall to update software within 3 months. Second, the 12 v battery died after 18 months. Then after updating software, replacing 12 v battery, the iccu failed. Now, I am not blaming Gregory Hyundai for the obvious poor parts, software, and craftsmanship, but I am blaming them for not having a loaner for the weeks/months long wait for repair. I am blaming them for having absolutely no idea on how long it will take to get a loaner, or the correct parts, etc., etc., etc. Now I get the privilege of paying for a car I can't drive. Hyundai saying how they might not reimburse for the rental car. And the hits just keep on coming. This is more than enough to never get another Hyundai. Again, I can't blame Gregory for the bad car, but I can blame them for the worst customer service.
