My wife and I went to get us a car. We had a couple of places in mind (well, I did anyway) but decided to give Greenville Hyundai a try. When we rolled up, we were met by Hector R. who asked if he could help. When we told him our desire, he said he could assist. Of course, I had lost faith in car dealers and dealerships. "They can't really help us...especially not with horrible credit," I said. When Hector found out that our income did not quite meet what was required for the car that we wanted, I gave up immediately and wanted to try elsewhere. However, Hector did not, he went to work anyway. He made us feel like his life depended on getting us in that vehicle. He and his team toiled hard, going through every stone they could turn (spending a couple of hours working on it). But alas, he had to give us the bad news; he had to deny us first. We went home a little heartbroken and defeated. The next day, we get a call. When we saw the name on caller ID, we wondered why they would be calling us. When we answered, Hector responded with joy. Success!!! He had his team working on our case all morning the next day. He finally got us into an awesome ride with nice payments. Thanks Hector, nice work! I must tell the world about you now. You have restored my faith in auto dealers (and ONLY this dealership). Greenville Hyundai, you have a gem...cherish him.
