Bad service and repairs
Give been taking my car here for about 2+ yrs, spent well over 2k. I went to get a basic oil change. Well 3 days later, my engine blew out. They replaced the engine. Days later, my transmission went out. Came to find out, they took my good transmission out and replaced it with used one with a 30 day warranty, according to an ex employee. Spoke with shop owner, was told there was 60 day warranty, which of course, had already expired. Also came to learn, the father of the shop owner was given a transmission to put in my car. According to ex employee, she advised the shop owner do not put transmission in the car due to they had no idea where it came from. Now, my transmission is still out and the shop owner is expecting me to pay for it!!!! He could just rebuilt my transmission. I had no problems with my car/transmission until the faulty oil change !!!!! I will NEVER take my car to them AGAIN. FILING A SUIT AGAINST THEM ASAP!!!! This happened almost a year ago n still having issues with the owner.
