Will go back but they need to improve in some areas
This is my second experience with this vendor. Great experience overall with the exception of the vehicle pickup inspection. The front desk employee took us out to inspect the work. We asked some questions, and she referred to the work invoice and wasn't familiar with the work described on the invoice. Kaizen should have a employee knowledgeable of vehicle bodywork present for the post-repair inspection.
