Horrible cars
Do not buy a car here or at any hyandai they will sell you junk. (Even the new cars). When the car breaks down and you pay 2500$ to fix it and then a year later have the same exact problem. Car has an oil combustion problem that is common with hyandai apparently and their crap theta 2 engine that they keep putting in their cars knowing it’s going to be junk. Even being told by other shops where I get oil changes that the engine should be recalled but it’s not. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CHILDREN IN THESE CARS.You will think everything is fine going down the road then all of a sudden your car just stops accelerating and the check engine light comes on and your stuck in the road. Take my advice and look it up on Reddit and see all the people that they have screwed over and stay away from hyandai. Hyandai corporate won’t help you either they just want to sell their shit cars and leave you with junk before it’s even paid off.

Shady business practices
I was looking at a 2021 Kia forte FE manual. My trade in was a 2019 Infiniti Q50 fully loaded with 29.5k miles. The trade in offer was 25k when KBB says my trade in ranges from 26,150 to 29500. Then was told it is invoice but the proceed to show me a Kbb printed paper with the value of my car. Some how didn't have any of the features on my car that I told them it had. Next they bring me a general monthly break down saying it's an average. I ran the numbers it was a whopping 28%. I know that this is not what I would actually qualify for but everything about this place seems to be shady. I won't be back, and I'll be purchasing another vehicle from else where.

Not all car purchases are a pain!
I'm very pleased with my experience and purchase from Great Lakes Hyundai Streetsboro. Since the pandemic hit, I have been looking for a replacement Genesis with all of the bells and whistles and Great Lakes delivered. I am very pleased with my service from the sales floor to the F&I office. My salesman Jim H. went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed and I appreciated the extra effort he provided. This is a very transparent dealership where all of the facts and figures are presented to you upfront, there are no tricky sales practices, or long waiting periods to ice you out. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase, until then I will enjoy my car!

Another satisfying experience! Thanks John Fields
Another satisfying experience with Streetsboro Hyundai ( John Fields). I just want to give a shout-out to Hyundai Streetsboro for being a wonderful dealership. They operate in integrity, and what more could you ask for! My experience was top-notch and I highly recommend them. Thanks again... you're all fabulous.... a little dusty... but we can overlook that.

Does the job
Limited inventory & Inconvenient service times. Third party phone farm that schedules appointments lacks access to information pertinent to service. I’d rather wait on hold at the dealership than deal with a third party scheduling service

easy and fast oil change
I have all my service done at this dealership. Nice people, fast service. Scheduling has to be done at least a week in advance however. No last minute appointments!

Hyundai sonata
Great Lakes cleared the code twice on my Hyundai Sonata for the knock sensor and sent me out the door with a bad engine twice. The engine blew after I had to have it serviced there the 3rd time. I am out 600$ in towing & 350$ in Lyft rides because they didn’t want to address the actual issue of the engine knocking.
