Great service
. I started to come to Great kills when I went to another mechanic and was told I needed new front brakes. When I went to Great Kills service station to get a second opinion I was told my brakes were fine . They are great at servicing your vehicle. Highly recommended

Terrific service
Had my car inspection done yesterday, and once again they are prompt, profession, friendly. Have been bringing my cars there four thr last 10 years and have never been disappointed in their service and friendly mess. They continue to be as profession as always. Thank you Joe and staff.

A saved ski trip
These guys are the BEST. On Sunday, Feb. 16th.my brake were making a terrible grinding noise. Ordinarily that would not be a problem except I was scheduled to leave on a week long ski trip in Vermont with friends and had volunteered to pick 2 of them up. None of use had alternate transportation.
Monday morning I arrived at Great Kills when they opened their doors. I explained my dilemma and they said I would be the 1st car up on the lift. They estimated if all went well they could get me on the road in 3 hours.
Amazingly, everything went well an I was on the road by 10am.
Conditions on the slopes were best in many seasons. I am so grateful for everyone in the shop who went out of their way to prioritize my job and get me going with just a brief delay. I am grateful but not surprised because service here is always exceptional.
