By far, the biggest plus here is that if your car needs some minor adjustment or can be fixed quickly by a clever mechanic, they do it quickly and charge or not charge accordingly.
The spring on the gas cap door was bent to the point the door didn't open. Saman bent it back in place by hand. Two minutes, no charge. That would have been a 30-minute minimum at any car dealer.
A flange on one of the wheels was slightly bent, causing the wheel to make a grinding noise. One of the mechanics bent it back into shape with a hammer in one minute. No charge. This would have been an hour charge at a dealer.
For really big projects, like replacing the engine or transmission, this is not the place. For all normal and routine maintenance, tune-ups, brake replacements, etc. this is definitely the place to go.
