No mam, that is not correct. You were charged $64.95 for a full synthetic oil change at your request and $15.95 for an air filter that was shown to you and replaced upon your approval . Sometimes we get accused like this because we are so fast that folks assume that we didn't change their oil. Thats because they compare us to other shops. Not realizing that we are an actual QUICK LUBE , and therefore we have an oil pit. This allows a guy underneath taking out the drain plug as another guy up top checks all of your fluids plus air filter and pours in the oil. Its a shame that we are faulsly accused when we actually done professional work at lightening speed. We hope this customer changes their mind and removes this review, but anybody reading it can see the other 400 plus 5 star reviews here and determine who's right. We are very proud of our record and WE ARE THE FASTEST MONKEYS AROUND !!!
