Bernard stated that the people who provide the service are friendly and pleasant. He didn't have to wait too long but they probably could have done better. He had his vehicle re-serviced for his air conditioner and they didn't explain what was wrong, they just fixed, it so when he went to his wife and she asked what was wrong, he could not tell her. They are great and do good work.
Mable said she went in to get an alternator put in and when she picked up her vehicle, it wouldn't start. Her window also wouldn't roll up and it wasn't like that before bringing it in. They jumped her vehicle and it cut off, they had to jump it a couple of times. When she left, it died on her and she had to have it towed off the road. She didn't know exactly what they did to her vehicle. When she first walked in, the manager didn't greet her and wasn't professional. She said things need to start first with him because he's the leader of the others and if they don't have good customer service, they don't have anything. They need to be professional all the time. She doesn't want to have anything else to do with them at this point.
Spoke with Michael. He said they have great service and products they sell. They're very accommodating to the customers as they wait, providing a room with coffee and television.
Tyren said that he was recommended by his mechanic to go there, they did a very good job for what he hired them to do and he is very satisfied with the service.
George said overall, he liked the price and the service. He picked up his wife's vehicle, she bought a new set of tires, and the rims were filthy. When he came home he washed them off, and a couple of times thought he found scratches. He didn't say anything, he picked up her vehicle and left because he had to finish work, but it was rough. What they used to mount the tires was all over the face of the rims. They did not do a bad job in terms of service.
