This was our first experience with Graham Collision. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the repair, the professionalism and friendliness of the personnel, and the extra steps taken to make sure my car was perfect. It almost looked like they detailed the car - it was so clean (inside and out) when I picked it up! We had to postpone our first appointment, and they were very accommodating. They kept us updated along the way, and never made us feel like we were bothering them when we called with questions. Hopefully we will not need a repair in the future, but if we do, we will DEFINITELY go to Graham Collision!
