My new go to auto repair shop!!!
I would like to thank the entire team at Govednik Automotive Inc for the excellent customer service and care they put into servicing my vehicle. When my car suddenly started having power steering issues out of nowhere and the steering wheel felt like trying to turn the Titanic I wasn't sure where to go especially given the fact that my past experience at Auto excellence just down the road resulted in me spending $500 only to have the car not be properly serviced or fully diagnosed and dying that same day which led to me feeling hesitant and even a bit paranoid about taking my car to a shop altogether so I'm incredibly grateful that's I followed my gut instinct and chose Govednik Automotive Inc based on the many positive reviews and feedback I read online which were completely well deserved because honesty is a quality that should never be taken for granted and Govednik exceeded my expectations in every way possible. At no point did I ever feel they were trying to upsell me or take advantage in any way and they're only concern was making sure my vehicle was fixed safe and ready to get back on the road and with the snow storm we experienced just the day before safety was a top priority and they met the mark 100% and even offered to give me a ride home after dropping the car off which was very considerate of them and also after informing them that it was my only vehicle and that I needed it to get to work and back I was surprised in the best way that they were able to fix the issue the same day in time for me to take my vehicle to work. They say that great customer service is treating your customers problem as if it were your own and I truly believe that Govednik Automotive Inc follows that philosophy and takes pride in their profession. THANK YOU!!! Govednik for everything because you can now consider me a lifelong customer and I will be recommending them to everyone I know so that they can have the same positive experience that I did.
