I have been looking for a new Volvo xc60 for a while and thought I would check out Carfax to help me find one. Mr. Birge emailed me right at 8am on Monday morning and sent me more pictures of the car and was super helpful. He was extremely patient and not pushing at all which I appreciated since sometimes people can be too pushy! My mom is a cheap accountant so sometimes she's hard to work with since she wants the best deal. Dan was so polite and professional and worked with us to get a deal that we were both happy with. When I got to Omaha to pick up my new car, Dan took us on a test drive and showed me all the cool new things my car could do. He even spent the time to help me connect my phone to bluetooth! I couldn't have had a better experience buying a car than I did with Dan at Gorges. I love my car and can't thank him and Joel enough!
