Sorry there was a misunderstanding on the price quoted over the phone and what you were charged. This is not common practice because usually tires are quoted drive out price. I do have a service manager that quotes service and sometimes when busy will look up tires and this possibly could have happened with him but I do appreciate your business and wanted to let you know that this is not common here. I do appreciate you letting me know.
