Normally good service, except for this time.
My husband and I brought our Chevy Volt in to be looked at because it was no longer charging with the charge that came with the car. The charger itself seemed to be working still, but when we went to plug it into the car, the car didn't register that it was attached. My husband tried to explain this to them, and that the problem seemed to be in the handle. Instead of looking into this problem, they looked at the other end of the plug, which had some of the rubber melted on it from getting too hot with 12 Amp charging. They immediately determined this was the problem and because we had used an extension cord (even though it conformed to their specs), a replacement was not covered by warranty. We ended up buying a new charger for almost $500. When we got home, my husband inspected the old charger further and actually found that the lever that attached the charger to the car was somehow jammed and that was the reason it wasn't connecting properly. We were able to get the lever unjammed and voila! the charger now works perfectly. We returned the old charger and were refunded. We were disappointed that the service providers didn't listen to us and investigate the problem further. It was us, who figured out what the problem was. It also bothered us that the dealership seemed to look for any out they could to not honor our warranty.
