Cliente VerificadoUtura, we explained before the sale was completed that we would fix the scratch and that we use a company that comes to our dealership twice a week. We offered to let you drop your car off the night before and provide you a loaner. We explained that your car need to be here when the paint repair company was here. You arrived late in the afternoon after they were gone. I personally explained this and am unsure where the confusion is. I simply cannot ask a company to come out to your home as you requested. Good Chevrolet will abosolutely fix the the scratch as promised. I just am unable to fix them at night or at your home. If you can just drop the vehicle off on your way home we will provide a loaner. We will have them fixed as agreed and you can pick up your car the following evening. I have not heard from you either. Have you called in for me? Please let me know how we can get this resolved.
