Golden Rule is awesome. They are ASE certified. Offer most all services on your vehicle. They work on most brands of vehicles. They owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a clean waiting room and restroom for waiting customers.
They offer 36 month warranty on repairs. They are the oldest shop in town and the only shop my family uses.
They are a little higher in price but offer a better warranty , but the are still cheaper than dealership.

A new radiator?radiater
Went to this facility to have my alternator checked and they replaced the radiator which I my self had replaced just two years earlier. Never called me before the replacement. The radiator did not have a leak nor did I ever need to add fluid to it. All I needed was an alternator. I did not have the AAA card at that time so my sister took care of it. I would not go to this place for anything. Told my sister about it and she would not go to the web site to give the review. I hold a ASE certification and knew that this was a rip off. They have a car lot full of vehicles and it took them 6 weeks to do the work. Spoked with the owner who was very argumentative. Was an Helicopter test pilot in the army and did all my auto work until I was 70. Also perform motor pool inspections besides my flight duties.

Awesome Shop
Greg and the staff and technicians at Golden Rule are awesome. Clean waiting area, clean bathrooms. I don't have to worry about anything. If they see any thing that needs attention the let me know and show me, they give an estimate on what it will be to fix it then or in the near future. I always feel good taking my vehicles to Golden Rule Automotive
Brandon said he always used them for years and they always do a good job. They do exactly what they say they are going to. They get his vehicle out in a timely manner. They are trustworthy and they do good work.
Francine said the business is always there whenever she needs anything, she has been going there for a while, they know what they are doing, have never let her down and she is completely satisfied. Their receptionist is exceptional.
