Always good work. Don’t go to the big corporate body shops the insurance companies push, find a good reputable family shop like Gold Coast. They will do whats right and best for you and your car, not what’s cheapest for insurance.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I have never been more completely satisfied with a customer experience. A real Team of True Professionals. Every step of the process was clearly communicated. And, they know their stuff! (I learned more about insurance and the repair process from them than I did from my adjuster/rep) I have a pretty rare and expensive car and frequently encounter "service professionals" who don't recognize it or are genuinely afraid to touch it. But I didn't have to say a thing at Gold Coast. Their everyday "normal" is already the highest quality, top-level attention to detail that I just can't find (consistently) even at the dealer. My repair was done BEAUTIFULLY, correctly and was completed in a timely manner - heck, it actually went faster than I was originally quoted (thanks Francesca) They even did a couple of things they didn't have to do, things that weren't even part of the repair, that I had only mentioned in conversation! WOW!!! I was treated like a highly-valued customer (actually more like family or a close personal friend!) BRAVO!!! I cannot thank Dominic and Francesca enough (and Mario and everyone else) You have earned a lifelong customer.
Super friendly and helpful staff. They kept me updated along the way. They went above and beyond with my old Subaru and returned it to me in better condition than before the accident (And definitely cleaner than it has been in years!). Thanks for treating my old car with the same care as the other expensive models that were there.
I highly recommend Gold Coast Auto Body. From their professional and friendly/family demeanor, technical knowledge, and helping me (the customer) both understand the repair process as well as communicating with me every step of the way - Gold Coast Auto Body cares and is the real deal.
