Christopher said he chose not to rate whether or not he was completely satisfied with the quality of the work. He insisted he was satisfied with the work completed. He rated the overall experience with the business a 3.2, because they performed the workmanship sloppy, and the detail service was incomplete. They returned his vehicle dirty, and they did not complete all of the services he requested. They were supposed to paint the windshield wipers. When they replaced the fog light lamps, 1 did not work properly. As a result, he had to make arrangements to bring his vehicle back, and also obtain a rental vehicle. They heated his vehicle, and as a result, it cracked the interior molding above the glove box. They had to re-glue the molding back together. He just noticed his shifter was also in a cracked condition. When his vehicle was returned, it was dirty from the representatives? handprints and the footprints. They scuffed up on the inside of his vehicle. When they did provide a cleaning service, they sprayed it down, but they performed a very sloppy job. He was not very happy, especially since the insurance company only paid $350 and he paid $2,400 out-of-pocket expenses for the repair services to be completed on his BMW. He wasn't impressed with the level of repair services completed on his vehicle. He also has another vehicle he wanted to bring in for a paint service. After this experience, he will not bring his vehicle to the business. There was work completed on the trunk area, and as a result, there was overspray in the trunk and on the back rear light. They did attempt to get the overspray off, but they did not get all of the overspray off of the rear brake light. They performed a halfa$$ job. For the money he paid for all of the work to be completed on his vehicle, the representatives performed the minimal amount of work to get the job done. Then they gave his vehicle back to him. He was satisfied with the professionalism of the representative, Tom. He wasn't satisfied with the workmanship. The appearance of the place of business was fine. He would not recommend the business for repair services, because of all of the reasons above.
