Spoke with Lily. She said she was completely satisfied with the work, but she had to return a couple days later because they forgot to put the grill back on. Lily noticed after she'd driven a couple hundred feet the grill was lying there, but she had to get to work. Overall she rated 3 overall because they didn't call with updates, and they didn't notify her it would take longer. She'd given them her number and they were calling her mother. The man she dealt with blamed it on Geico, but she thought that was kind of a cop out because she thought the Geico representative was good. The vehicle was supposed to be ready Thursday but it wasn't ready until Monday, and she had to call on Friday to find that out. There was just a mix-up with communication, and Lily noted she was saying this only because the business asked for feedback. The work they did was excellent, and her vehicle was beautiful.
