Save your headache.Don’t go my path

I sent an email to get information on the 2022 Ioniq Plug-in SEL and Joe Delgado (general manager)reached out and provided the answers to my questions.
But when we came for test drive on next day a car is not ready and damaged (door frame sticker decal was peeled and windshield need to be replace )
.At first he was so nice and promised will take care within couple days,so we agreed to buy it.But after that it is totally different from what he said.It is a week now but the car is still not ready.The car delivery day is keeping changed whenever we contacted him .I would not recommend to anyone to buy any car from him

unprofessional
I reserved a Palisades SEL with a $500 down and they sent me an invoice which stated $ 42,940.00
On the day we were picking up the car the manager Edgar changed the price by $3400.00 as he said they installed a package of low jack and door guards which I never wanted.
I will be very careful doing business with these people . Unethical and unprofessional.

Bait and Switch
Went in for just a simple oil/filter change on 2013 Sonata Hybrid. Previous owners this would have been around $50. Had a $25 Hyundai coupon for any service or repair. Service writer tried to up sale me on a major service $600. Didn't want to take my coupon on the simple service. Long story short, wound up costing $65 for simple service even with coupon.

Scam Artists
Went in for simple approx $50.00 oil and filter change using a Hyundai $25 off for any service or repair coupon that I received in the mail. Service writer Anthony didn't want to accept the coupon for just an oil/filter change and tried to up sale me to a much more expensive ($600. 00) major service. I declined the major service and when I picked up my car the bill had been jacked up so as to wipe out the $25 coupon and it wound up being just over $60.00 These new owner's are SCAM ARTISTS.....Go anywhere else but to CARDINALEWAY

Poor service attitude
Left car at 3 pm and paper work said it was promised for 7pm but no one called me to say what was wrong with the car. I called at 5 pm to see what’s going on and left message for service person to call but she never did. I can understand if they needed more time but AT LEAST call me to let me know. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a place that cares about good service.

Very Friendly !
I received a voice message from a very nice lady named Betty Day. She wanted to hear all about my experience at Hyundai and apologized for the long wait. I let her know everyone there was nice and I just wasn’t happy with how long I had to wait. She told me not apologize or explain my reasoning for writing the review I had. She really made me feel valued as a customer and I plan on visiting the Glendora Hyundai someday soon for another service. I understand that everyone has off days and trust Hyundai will provide great care to my care along with myself as a customer.

Very hard to get my refund ?
I was trying to get my refund back to my debit card since June, so it’s almost 2 months, and they said that they are working on it. It’s about $100.99, but it’s my money. I didn’t know that how many people had that issues, so l went to the Hyundai dealer today and they told me to come back on Wednesday, so l will post the update for my refund on Wednesday when l go to the dealer. Hopefully, they will be able to give my money back ?

1 hour for service(oil change)
1 hour for oil change turned into 2.5 hours, only after I persisted in asking for my car, the paperwork had been sitting there and my car had been ready for over an hr before I got them to close it out. This used to be a great place for quick friendly service. I wont be back.

Worst experience of my life
Took my new kona ultimate in for warranty repairs after the adas system failed. All safety features went down. 6/22. NEVER GOT FIXED. Now 3 weeks later,I have to take it to another dealer to get it repaired. Complained to service Manager ,,,and rather than apologize,and try to make it right,,he decides to yell at me, threaten me and treat me rudely!!!. IF YOU WANT DECENT SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE,,I WAS TREATED RUDELY, AND THEY ARE INCOMPETENT . Except for James,,,who was honest and professional.....

Headlight Still Not Fixed
I came in for my 100,000 mile check up for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I had the vehicle inspected, got an oil change, had the spark plugs replaced, and had the tires rotated. I also requested that my front driver side headlight be replaced because it was out. When I got the vehicle back, I was informed that all the services had been taken care of including the headlight fix. The next evening I noticed that the front headlight was still out. I called on Tuesday and left a message but I still have not gotten a response. I tried to call on Friday and Saturday but I couldn't get anyone on the line. This rating is more based on the customer service response then the still broken headlight.
