Day 4 going on day 5- NO response from the owner Steve to get this issue resolved. 12-10-2022 my husband took his 2021 C8 brand new corvette to get the windows tinted. We hung around until it was finished. Drew in Woodstock Ga- my husband pointed out some lint under the tint & jagged areas on the front windshield. The tint was cut jagged. JT did the install & said they don't guarantee perfect window tinting- My husband was like-thats not a catchy slogan at all. Not to mention- that's not going to work for me. When they did the tint we had a lifetime warrenty) Words got exchanged!! Kelly left not a happy customer what so ever!. We were at our home- police show up. My husband is not allowed back on the property!! Now-WE HAVE SCREWED UP TINT! FIXING it is NOT an option & NO WARRANTY! I sent Drew photos- He even stated it was not right! We have asked for a refund of $320.00 Can't get any answers! From Drew or the owner Steve! BUYER BEWARE!! Now it will cost us more money to have it removed & someone else to install it! RUN- RUN …
