They cut my headliner when they replaced windshield
I had them replace the front windshield on my 16 Pathfinder. The broke clips on the cowls and tried to hide it by gluing it that look like crap. Then when I got in there was frayed headliner all over the dash. They cut the headliner. Even though they reluctantly replaced the cowls they refuse to take responsibility for the headliner they damaged and it is now coming down.
