Reading Erica review- I found the same. Three times to change a simple starter and 3 times to work on the brakes- still not road ready. My life was put on the line in commute traffic and...after Gilroy Auto having my car for a week...Senior giving it back to me telling me the pedal "wasn't adjusted to his preferece..." Than why did he give it back to me- brake pedal all the way to the floor before it would stop... When I picked up my car yesterday- with Senior now talking with a vocabulary that he knew made no sense to me as I am not a mechanic. I am a self employed woman of 28 yrs and know what service iis- good and bad. I'm sure this shop does offer quality and what makes the difference is...Erika and I are women. I was referred to this shop by a man who has been using them for years. WOMEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP as my first experience was near fatal, 6 trips back to the shop, car left for 7-10 days inbetween and .... obviously they aren't hungry.
