Honest, reasonable, quality.
I had some bad experiences with the AAA auto repair shop I had been taking my car to, so I was looking for a new go-to shop. When my car had problems, Gibbs was upfront that they wouldn’t be able to schedule me quickly, but if it became an emergency to let them know. I respect a shop that doesn’t take on more work than they can do. It was worth it. It took less than 48 hours from my appointment to find out what was wrong. By 9:30 the following business day it was fixed. The cost was about 1/3 of what another shop had quoted for the same work as a maintenance recommendation (hoses do eventually need to be replaced), and my car is running as good as it ever has. I will be bringing my car back here.
