Great service!
I was referred to the business by my friend. She has been bringing her vehicles here for years. My car had an oil leak & the dealership wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I tried Gibbs & I’m glad I did. They fixed my problem the same day. My advisor was Josh & he kept me very informed of what was going on with my car.

Chev Trax Check Engine Light Experience
I truly appreciate the courteous from the team at Gibbs Automotive at the beginning to the end. After the initial scheduled appointment, I received a call to confirm the vehicle problem and my options of drop off. Although, my vehicle is still under warranty, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. And my vehicle was repaired within the same day. Even though, it was my first time using Gibbs Automotive they had me feel at home.

Error code recovery
I just bought a Ford F150 from a local dealer. After about two weeks it went into “limp mode” and I was forced off the highway.

It started back up after a short wait the first time. I got an error code on my scanner indicating an issue with the throttle but I didn’t save it.

I spoke with Josh and he didn’t want to rely on my finding until he and his crew went through a full diagnostic scan .

Bottom line is he was honest, took the truck on Monday and it was back on Tuesday. Throttle replaced!

Always a good experience
You are told in detail what needs to be done, how important it is, the cost and if it can wait. A simple oil change involves checking hoses, etc. The surroundings are clean and bright.. I have been going to Gibbs Garage for over 20 years. I trust them.

Really 4 1/2 stars. Very nice people and good service there. The only thing was they needed to keep my vehicle overnight and did not give me a call or text informing me. I called them about 5 PM and found out. Thank you!

I had an 8 o'clock appointment for an oil change and was ready to go by 8:30. They addressed my concerns.
The waiting room was clean. This was my first visit to Gibbs and I was very pleased.
