Giant tire damaged my truck and would not make it right
I came to Giant Tire of Pompano Beach to have new TPMS sensors installed on my Ford F150 truck. I also had a tire mounted on a steel rim to use as a spare tire. I spent the better part of two days at Giant tire and they could not get the TPMS sensors to work on my trucks system. I was told to go to the Ford dealer to get it to work. They offered my money back but they would have to remove the new sensors. I did not want the new parts removed so I left the shop with the same TPMS error lights on my dash, no repair. THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I GOT HOME THERE WAS A MAJOR CUT IN THE SIDE WALL OF MY LEFT REAR TIRE! GIANT DID NOT ACCEPT THE RESONSIBILITY FOR THIS DAMAGE. They told me they noted the damage to my tire and noted this damage on their internal paperwork. They never told me about this damage to my tire!!! This damage will cost me $250.00 for a new tire. I just bought this tire brand new 30 days ago. I'm pissed at this repair shop. They are the worst! DO NOT GO TO GIANT TIRE! BEWARE!!!
