Needs a better "check-in" setup and deliver the car when agreed upon. I have found the guys to be unpleasant and "nasty" to each other in front of customers. Both times I have patronized the service, work wasn't completed on time and I had to kill another 1 1/2 hrs till they got around to it. My Sales Rep delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to wait. Yay! Kudos to Chris Mettille, but Boo to your Service Dept.
