They are liars, scumbags and engage in elderly abuse. Their cars are made of plastic garbage too.
My mother (83 yrs) bought a new car from them. She has early stage dimentia and has never financed a car before in her life. She went in because she got something in the mail that said she won something. She won a car with an astronomical payment (over $500 per month) which she can't pay with her social security income. She had to get a job to be able to make the payments. She totalled the car, and went back in to buy another one from them. Again, they totally took advantage of her and absolute LIED to her face leading her to believe that she was getting reimbursed for the $2,000 service contract they sold her on the brand new car which came with a manufacturer warranty that she never needed in the first place. She did not get that money back. It was applied to help pay off the astronomical loan the conned her into. They told her this because I called them and raised holy hell for them committing elderly abuse. In her mind, she was getting the money back. She had gap insurance which they also rooked her into, so between the two insurance companies everything was paid off. So, they continued to steal the $2,000 she never should have agreed to in the first place. It's so disgusting. When I began to call them to talk to the salesman after the FIRST bad deal, they also lied to me and said the salesman no longer worked there. HE IS STILL THERE because I called yesterday and he answered the phone. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!!! They engage in elderly abuse and unfair trade practices. Liars and scumbags. Despicable people.
