Not honest with the true price of their cars
While I cannot speak for other customers' experiences at the dealership, I can speak about mine. The prices listed on their website were not accurate and did not match the true prices of the cars at their dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, not only did they not want to honor their internet pricing they added an extra $5000.00 for ‘dealership profit’ they said I had to pay if I wanted the car. They then gave me a false evaluation price for my trade-in and wanted me to sign another evaluation showing my car was worth more, a $6000.00 price difference. I am happy for those who had a great experience at the dealership but not all of us are/or treated the same way. To any new customers please be careful, stand firm, and don’t be taken advantage of by the dealership. Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday.
