I love the personal attention that Coach Ro gives to each athlete. The small size of this gym is perfect for those serious about functional fitness. Coach Ro is excellent at providing a workout for all levels of fitness and suggesting modifications to meet individual needs. Coach Ro knows her athletes and is terrific at motivating us to be our best selves!
On top of that, the workout space is impeccably clean.
