A legitimate shop or dealership provides a line-by-line breakdown of their testing. This establishment handed me a blank work order with zero diagnostic notes, data, or findings.
I am expecting the issue was likely with the battery, I didn't hear anything on that. To make matters worse, they admitted they do not even stock basic parts if a replacement is needed.
For a proper $220 dealership diagnostic, you receive actual answers and immediate solutions, not excuses.This shop completely lacks the specialized skills required to diagnose or service modern automotive electrical systems. They took my money, provided absolutely no service, and failed entirely.
This is hands-down the worst and most unprofessional automotive service experience I have encountered in nine years.
