So...we were looking for a vehicle, coming from 1.5 hours to get it, got a call this am that they sold it. There was another just like it they said with 1000 more miles. So, we drove there again, 1.5 hours. When we arrived they had sold that one too. Time wasted and wrong for sure because we were purchasing, not just looking. We even went before and were pre approved, which means we WERE PURCHACING!!! 2 cars sold from under us the same day. Where is the courtesy to your customers. We will never purchase anything from any Germain dealer ever!. They need to learn respect.
